From the New York State Thruway:

• Take Exit 19 toward Route 28 Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge
• Take the RT-28 W ramp toward US-209 / ELLENVILLE / RHINECLIFF BR.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-28 W / ONTEORA TRL.
• Merge onto US-209 N / CLAYTON "PEG LEG" BATES MEMORIAL HWY toward RHINECLIFF BR.
• Take the US-9W S ramp toward KINGSTON.
• Turn RIGHT onto US-9W S / ULSTER AVE.
• Hudson Valley Mall is located on the left side of the street.
